Whether you have a builder or need one, we can work with you to make your dream home a reality. We have an incredible team of contractors and subcontractors we have worked with for more than a decade to realize this dream for you. We act as Project Manager from start to finish to ensure a timely and on budget new build. Have your own builder? We will work with you on a consultation basis from start to finish and help guide you through the process and never ending decisions along the way.

We offer a curated selection of fabrics, area rugs, home furnishings, window treatments and so much more. We invite you to come sit test a swivel chair or two, fluff a pillow, peruse the fabric and rug samples, and build out your project’s design story. The Good Home’s guiding philosophy is that our clients come first.
This principle is engrained in every member of the team, from Lisa down to the contractors and installers. We hope to build long-term relationships with our clients and believe that design is a collaboration between the client and designer.
The Good Home is a single point of contact design firm and aims to make the process efficient, simple, and enjoyable for our clients.
It all starts with an intake call followed by an initial consult. The Initial Consult is a time to get to know you, how you live in your house, or would like to, walk through the space to see what’s working and what is not, learn about our clients’ wants and needs and what can be improved upon. In new home construction, we start by sitting down with you, reviewing the plans and talking about your hopes and goals for your new home. We then move into the Design Development phase where we come back to get measurements and details to begin building out the design. Once the design has been completed - The Good Home provides a fully realized design with 3D imagery, virtual walk throughs of your space, and physical samples to touch and feel in person.
Once the design has been approved, we then move into the implementation phase. This is where the transformation begins! We are with our clients every step of the process. We are hands on - guiding the team, overseeing the process and details down to the final reveal day once the project is complete.
